SERVICE POLICY
A minimum nonrefundable diagnostic fee will be applied to all equipment assessments. This fee may be waived if the equipment is left in leu of payment.
Authorization for repairs of up to half the replacement cost of the equipment, without prior written estimation, is granted when equipment is entrusted for service.
If the unit has performance issues, a basic service will be conducted to mitigate the risk of a carburetor miss-adjustment that could lead to unit failure.
Any equipment retained for a period exceeding 90 days, despite at least three notification attempts for pick up, will be deemed abandoned property, with ownership subsequently transferring to Weldy Sales & Service.
We do not assume liability for damage incurred during diagnostic procedures, encompassing incidents such as fire, theft, and/or loss due to circumstances beyond our control.
A fee of $50 will be assessed for checks that fail to clear.
The determination of deposit and refund amounts is at the discretion of the assigned technician.
Weldy Sales & Service reserves the right to amend its policies at any given time.
