Campaigns

Membership Campaign

Our Membership Campaign is oriented on recruiting new members to DECA and get our school involved! At the beginning of the school year, we will engage in marketing activities to bring in new members. If you are interested in joining DECA, sign up on the homepage! Our goal is 20 or more new members a year.

Promotional Campaign

Our promotional campaign is a community involvement project involved in building relationships in our community. These activities can involve marketing projects to inform our school about DECA, as well as partnership activities with other clubs and organizations for the community. Any ideas that help our club be involved with our community are included!

Community Service

Community service campaigns are a very important part of DECA. Using skills of business and leadership, we will work to make an impact on those in need. Activities may include fundraising for an organization, partnering with local charities, writing letters to veterans, or any other service oriented activity. These activities should use our resources and skills to make the most potent impact. DECA has a partnership with the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Ethical Leadership

DECA's Ethical Leadership campaign seeks to advocate and educate our community about the importance of ethics and seek to apply it in our areas of interest. Activities may include hosting a panel of community leaders, hosting classes, social media campaigns, partnering with local organizations, and many others. The ethics campaign is centered on the Daniel's Fund Core Values. Our goal is to understand and influence our community to promote ethical leadership.

Advocacy Campaign

Our advocacy campaign is our biggest and longest campaign. This campaign takes all of the previous campaigns, and seeks to give us an opportunity to advocate for a better world in our school, community, and country. Activities may include partnering with local leaders, engaging in public policy with elected officials, meetings with the school board, and much more. This campaign seeks to truly expose you to the real world of business and public policy and cultivate an understanding of public relations.
