The Weeksville Lost Jazz Shrines of Brooklyn (WLJSB) was featured in the Archivists Round Table of Metropolitan New York's digital exhibition, In Plain Sight Part One: Jazz Roots in the Outer Boroughs.
Linking Lost Jazz Shrines received the Archival Achievement award from the Archivists Round Table at 2020 New York Archives Week.
The Linking Lost Jazz Shrines team was invited to present a paper and poster at Data for History 2021: Modelling Time, Space, Agents in May 2021.

As a part of the Linking Lost Jazz Shrines' Collections as Data symposium, M. Cristina Patteuli, Zakiya Collier, and Sarah Adams discussed jazz history linked open data with jazz historian Basir Mchawi and Willard Jenkins, the primary interviewer for the WLJSB oral history collection. As a part of the Linking Lost Jazz Shrines' Collections as Data symposium, musician and composer Ras Moshe Burnett hosted "Live from the Virtual Lost Jazz Shrines of Brooklyn", an instagram live radio session. Part two of this event can be listened to here.
Zakiya Collier presented a webinar for the ARL Fellowship for Digital and Inclusive Excellence fellows discussing the use of technologies—such as web archiving and linked open data—to document Black life.

Zakiya Collier, Obden Mondésir, and Sarah Adams joined other Collections As Data Cohort 1 members in Las Vegas to provide updates and share lessons learned from their projects. This event also served as a fundraiser for Weeksville Heritage Center during the crowdfunding campaign to Save Weeksville & Save Brooklyn's Black History.
