Allergies

Important Message: There are a number of students in the Weehawken School district that have severe food/latex allergies, some of which can be life threatening. In an effort to allow all students to participate fully in class activities, we encourage you to talk with your child about not trading or sharing food, utensils or containers and to be respectful of students with allergies. In addition, latex balloons of any kind are forbidden in the school buildings/property. Mylar balloons are acceptable. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact your child’s school nurse.
