Birthday Celebration Policy
Birthday party celebrations could include a parent or family member reading a story to the class or leading some other type of activity. The other students can sign the book that is read.
Parents can send in a non-edible token or goodie.
Holiday parties will be restricted to pretzels, Baked Lays (G.F.), Pirate Booty (G.F.), 100% fruit juice and water. Holiday games and activities will be strongly encouraged instead. The few exceptions that will be made include the following:
The PreK Thanksgiving Feast
Holiday Breakfast
Pride Day/Fun Day
End of the Year Celebrations (PreK-2nd Grade)
If your child has any allergies, please make sure to reach out to our school nurse for further guidance as soon as possible.
Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy. By not bringing in food, candy, or balloons of any kind, we will be promoting better eating habits, protecting our students with allergies, and minimizing disruption to instructional time. We appreciate your support.
