Dear Parents and Guardians,

The Realtime Parent Portal provides parents with up to date information about your child. Once registered you will be able to access this information on any computer connected to the Internet by selecting “Realtime Parent Portal” on our district web page under the parent tab.

Please follow the directions below to access your account and create a username and password. This account setup is a one-time process, after which you will re-use your newly created portal username and portal password, to access Realtime.

SETTING UP YOUR REALTIME ACCOUNT

1. Locate your personal Portal Username and Portal Password below.

2. Go to https://www.fridayparentportal.com/weehawken, under the Communication tab, click on Realtime Parent Portal or scroll to the bottom of the page and select Realtime Parent Portal.

3. Enter your assigned Portal Username and Portal Password.

4. Enter a new Portal Username and new Portal Password.

5. Answer the Security Question and Save.

6. You will need to login again with, new Portal Username and new Portal Password.

7. Click on Enter Portal.

Parents will see the following features:

• Your child’s homepage will appear.

• Under Contacts you will be able to update or add contact information. PLEASE VERIFY THE CONTACT INFORMATION. You can "Update Information" to make corrections or "Add Contact Information" to add additional contacts.

• Under My Account you will be able to Change Password Security Question and Change Password.

Congratulations, you have successfully completed the activation process. To repeat, you will always need your original Code and you will always use your newly created Screen Name and Password to access Realtime's Parent Portal.
