- show letter in print by writing it for your child and also online (google: letter _ for preK)

- Show the letter using the following youtube videos. Show 1-2 videos per day, then do activities below this list each day:

After showing your child each video, show it again and have your child play freeze dance with it! Whenever they freeze, they should say the letter and the sound(s) it makes.

Play the video(s) close up and have your child touch the letter a few times as it plays, and say the letter as they touch it.

- On a clear sheet of paper, write the uppercase and lowercase letter clearly. Have you child trace it a few times. Then, see if he/she can write it by themselves.

- Collage a page with 4 pictures of things that begin with the letter of the week.

IF POSSIBLE, make a letter craft. Google "craft for letter ___ for preK"

Choose the letter from the link below to print and circle the letter of the week on each page. (letters plus pictures of things beginning with the letter)

If you can, print out the letter booklet and cut it into pages. Hang the pages around your home and ask your child to "hi-5" the letter and say what it is as they pass it.
