We Care Recycling, LLC ("We Care Recycling," "we," "us") places and services clothing and textile donation bins at retail and commercial properties in the United States. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information, including phone numbers and text messages.
Information we collect
Business contact details of our customers and their staff, such as name, company, job title, email address, phone number, and property address.
Messages you send us by phone, text (SMS/MMS), or email, and records of our replies.
Service records related to our donation bins, such as locations, pickups, and service requests.
How we use information
To provide and schedule bin service, pickups, and repairs.
To respond to your questions and resolve site issues.
To send service-related text messages you have agreed to receive.
To keep business records and meet legal requirements.
We do not use your information for marketing text messages.
Text messaging (SMS)
We only text existing business customers and their staff who have agreed to receive messages from us, for example by texting our business number first or giving verbal or written consent to a We Care Recycling employee.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. This excludes service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our phone carrier), who may use it only to provide that service.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run our business (for example, phone and email providers), when required by law, or to protect our rights and safety.
