The deadline for your Startups to complete their application. Your Partner Success Manager will send you a form, which you are required to circulate to your Startups, requesting them to complete it as soon as possible as this is a key part of the review process.

The deadline for submission of Partner logo in an .eps or vector format via our comms form, to be included on a hanging banner (if applicable). Please note this is also required if you would like to dual-brand your startup boards.
Please ensure to provide all details by the deadline above. Failure to do so will impact our ability to print items with your branding included.
All Startups will receive the below:
1.5m exhibition space*
1 x Startup logo board (option for dual branding – Partner and Startup logo)
1 x internet-enabled network cable
2 x 15 amp (type B – 3 pin) power sockets
3 Startup tickets to the event which includes access to all three days of the event main floor exhibition space
Inclusion in the Startup search profile, an online platform circulated to Investors, Media and all other Attendees
Opportunity to apply for PITCH, Mentor Hours, Startup Showcase, and access to Startup Masterclasses and Roundtables
Company branding and profile feature on our website, and within the mobile application and the opportunity to be selected for Investor Meetings.
Access to a dedicated Startups information portal
Dedicated Startup Success Manager to help with preparations pre-event
Access to the Collision mobile and web apps to build connections prior to (and during) the event, and to curate your own schedule
*ALPHA startups exhibiting in their industry-vertical will exhibit with a 1m space as per the standard ALPHA package.
Dual branded Startup boards – If you would like to have dual-branded startup boards, please let your Partner Success Manager know. You must complete your Partner comms form so we have your company logo available for print
Startup island hanging banner- Partners with Startup Islands are afforded a branded hanging banner above their Startup Island. If you would like to have dual-branded banner, please let your Partner Success Manager know
Partner Startup islands:
If a Partner is bringing 8 Startups they will exhibit together for the 3 days of the event. Please note the minimum requirement to maintain this Startup Island is 6 Startups
If a Partner is bringing 24 Startups, each Startup will only exhibit for 1 day of the event. Startup boards will be switched each day to accommodate all 24 Startups (particular exhibition days cannot be requested). Please note the minimum requirement to maintain this Startup Island is 18 Startups. If the minimum number is not met, Startups will instead exhibit in their industry-vertical
*Please note that Partner Startup Islands are not guaranteed to be located near your booth. Islands are allocated closer to the event and are based on floor space availability*.
Partner Startups exhibiting in industry-vertical:
Startups that are not being placed within a dedicated Partner Startup Island will exhibit for one day in their chosen industry-vertical. Particular exhibition days cannot be requested
Startups must complete the 'Partner Startup form'. This form has a set of specific questions which will assist in deciding the correct track your Startup will exhibit at our event. If approved, they will be assigned to the relevant track (ALPHA or BETA.)
Startups must abide by the following requirements to be accepted:
ALPHA – To qualify for the ALPHA track typically, the Startup can not have raised no more than US$1 million in funding
BETA – To qualify for the BETA track typically, the startup can not have raised no more than US$5 million in funding
Startups that have raised more than US$5 million cannot participate in Partner Startup islands
Must be less than 5 years old
Must have their own unique software product or solutions or they must be working on their own connected hardware devices
Consultancies, agencies, developers, marketing/advertising agencies, public companies will not be accepted
Startups must be their own independent company and not a subsidiary of a larger organisation
The Startup must be launched and live with their own working website at a minimum
The Startup cannot already be registered to exhibit at the event
The Startup must have a logo available in .eps format
For any unsuccessful Startups, Partners will be given the opportunity to find replacements within an agreed timeline. If a Partner remains with unused Startup packages by Friday, May 6 the packages will be exchanged for three general attendee tickets.
*Startups submitted that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted and can lead to delays in the onboarding of approved startups*

Startups can apply for the following activations:
PITCH is Collision's Startup competition, that brings together the world’s leading early-stage Startups to battle it out on stage.
The closing date for PITCH applications will be communicated to each Startup in an email from their dedicated Startup Success Manager.

Startup Showcase brings together Startups from a range of industries to present their company and their vision to our Attendees, Investors, and International Media. Every hour will see our top Startups take to the stage, all presenting under a unifying theme.
The closing date for Startup Showcase applications will be communicated to each Startup in an email from their dedicated Startup Success Manager.
Mentor Hours are pre-arranged, 45-minute group meetings between Startups and the high-level attendees who have done it all before. During Mentor Hours, our attending Speakers, Investors and Partners give Startups the advice they wish they’d received starting out.
Each Startup will receive a link to apply from their Startup Success Manager.
Startup sessions take place in the run-up to Collision. These digital webinars run for 45 minutes and are hosted by business experts and leaders in the tech industry. The format of each session is a 30-minute interactive discussion followed by a 15-minute Q&A.
Startups will receive invitations to join upcoming Startup sessions from their Startup Success Managers. You can check our Startup Sessions from 2021 here.
Startup masterclasses are not currently open for applications. Each Startup’s Success Manager will be in touch once they are launched.
Collision's Startup masterclasses help you learn directly from tech’s leading investors, accelerators, incubators, and executives.
All participating Startups will receive a signup link from their Startup Success Manager.
Investor meetings is a series of pre-scheduled, 15-minute meetings between the biggest Investors in tech and the leading Startups attending Collision. Startups are automatically added to our investor meetings portal.
This is where our attending investors view our Startup profiles and select the Startups they would most like to meet. If selected, the Startup will be contacted by their Startup Success Manager.
Once your startup is approved and confirmed to attend Collision, they will receive an email with a link to assign their tickets. Each startup will receive 3 tickets for their team to attend.
Your Partner Success Manager will send you a partner startup form, which you are required to circulate to your startups, requesting them to complete it as soon as possible. Only startups that fill out the form will be reviewed. This form has a set of specific questions which will decide the correct track your startup will exhibit through at our event. If approved, they will be assigned to the relevant track (ALPHA or BETA).
