CIS Lunch

• Onboarding Survey - Please complete this survey to help us gain a better understanding of your objectives at Collision. This will be sent to you by your Partner Success Manager.

• Partner comms form - Providing your company details allows us to feature your profile on the Collision website and mobile app.

• Please submit your masterclass title, synopsis, and host details using this form by May 6 at the latest. All content is subject to approval by the CIS team. Your partner success manager will inform you once your masterclass title and synopsis have been approved.

• Please send your partner success manager the full name, job title and email address of your CIS attendees by May 13 at the latest.

As the official partner of the CIS Lunch, you will receive tickets to Corporate Innovation Summit. These attendees are expected to be executive level and subject to approval by the CIS team. Attendees must be confirmed (name, email, and job title) at least four weeks prior to the event. CIS attendees will be afforded VIP access to Collision.

• Choose a topic that is engaging and relevant to your audience.

• Avoid sales pitches at all costs. Attendees don’t like them and they don’t work. Roundtables are an opportunity to position yourself as an expert.

• Try to keep your synopsis short and gripping with a “hook” question underpinning it. Example: Will AI change how we do business?

• Please note that roundtable titles have a 55-character limit and the session synopsis has a 200-character limit.

• All content is subject to final approval from the CIS team.

Examples of previous CIS masterclass topics:

• “Digital transformation: Adapting your model and culture in a time of change” – delivered by CI&T

• “The secrets of innovation leaders” – delivered by Freshfields

• “The rise of the bionic company” – delivered by BCG

• Masterclasses should run for 60 minutes.

• There is a maximum capacity of 80 attendees per masterclass session.

• The masterclass will take place in a room within CIS on Monday, June 20. You will be informed of the location of your masterclass room in advance of the event.

• If you are presenting slides during your masterclass, please send your presentation file to your partner success manager.

• Please ensure that all presentations are in 16:9 widescreen format.

• Ensure any audio and/or video embedded in your presentation is in .mov format and set to autoplay.

• The presentation must be able to operate offline. We endeavour to provide a sufficient wifi service but we cannot guarantee that it will be available at all times.
