Visas
If travelling from outside of Canada, please be sure to check if you need a visa to enter Toronto. If you require a visa, we recommend applying as soon as you have secured your Collision ticket. Keep in mind that this process will take some time.
We do not liaise with the government of any country to provide visas. However, we are happy to provide a letter confirming your attendance at Collision.
Please note: We are unable to refund any tickets on the basis of failure to secure a visa.
Letter of attendance
To help the visa application process, we can provide each team member with a letter confirming their attendance at the event. Once a ticket of the event was assigned to you:
1. Log into your attendee profile
You will need your ticket reference, which can be found in your confirmation email or on your ticket dashboard. Then log in to your attendee profile.
2. Request your visa letter
On the 'Attendee documents' page, click 'Request confirmation/invitation letter' and add your details.
(Name, Nationality, Country of residence, Passport number and Date of birth).
3. Receipt of visa letter
You will receive your letter shortly after to the email address associated with your ticket .
If a member of your team needs a letter of attendance, please have them sign in to their own attendee profile from the link provided above, and follow the same instructions.
Please note: You can only apply for this letter once, so it is vital you enter your full information correctly.
Registration
If you are in Toronto before the event begins, we recommend that you pre-register. Our team will release more information about the registration areas shortly.
