Bio: Coach Darbonne grew up in Doyline, Louisiana, where he graduated from Doyline High School in 2016. He then pursued his degree in Secondary Education at Northwestern State University (Natchitoches, Louisiana), where he graduated in 2020.
Experience: Coach Darbonne is in his third year at the helm of the Knights basketball program. Before joining the North Webster family, Coach Darbonne was the boys' head coach at Benton Middle School (21'-24'), girls' assistant coach at Minden High School (20'-21'), and head manager for the Northwestern State University men's basketball team (17'-19'). He is also a current basket instructor for Point Guard College.

Bio: Coach Carodine grew up in Pontiac, Michigan, where he graduated from Pontiac Central Senior High School in 1987. He moved to Louisiana in 1988. Coach Carodine then earned his bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education with a minor in Social Studies at Louisiana Tech University (Ruston, Louisiana), graduating in 1999.
Experience: Coach Carodine’s basketball experience includes playing and coaching at the grassroots, collegiate, and high school levels. While attending Louisiana Tech University, he served on the scout and training squad for the legendary Lady Techsters program. His high school coaching career began at Summerfield High School, where he helped win the 2000 Class C Louisiana State Championship. He has since coached boys’ and girls’ programs at Summerfield, Minden, Doyline, and Shongaloo, emphasizing player development, discipline, teamwork, and competitive excellence.

Bio: Lashona grew up in Cotton Valley, Louisiana, where she also graduated high school in 1993. She is the statistician for the Knights basketball program and has been for the last nine years. When asked what message she would like to share with the community, she responded with, "I would love for our community to come and support the boys and girls basketball teams. Go Knights!"

Bio: Brynlee was born and raised in Springhill, Louisiana, where she plans to finish high school. After graduation, she plans to become an attorney and real estate agent. Brynlee competes as a member of the NWHS Track team while also participating in Knightline, FFA, Art Club, and Student Council. When asked about what she is looking forward to most about this upcoming season, she said, "I am looking forward to seeing everybody's improvements and to accomplishing the goals they have set out for themselves."

Bio: Ava has spent most of her life in Springhill, Louisiana and is excited to graduate from North Webster High School. After high school, she plans to attend college to pursue a degree in criminology. When asked what she is most looking forward to about this upcoming season, she said she is looking forward to developing her photography skills and all of the exciting moments that she will be able to capture. Ava's lasting message to the players is to fight through mistakes and that they do not define who you are or how far you have come.

Bio: Mahaelee is originally from Cullen, Louisiana. After graduating from NWHS, she plans to attend Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana to begin her post-secondary journey of obtaining her Doctorate in Planetary Science, Physics, and Astronomy. Mahaelee competes on the track team while also being a member of the band. She says that she is most looking forward to this upcoming season being better than the last.
