HOLA!  

My name is Stefanie Janssen, but my students just call me "Señora".  I have been the Spanish teacher at WHS since 2009.  I am a Webster native and graduated from the old high school in 2001.  I went on to get a degree in Hispanic Studies Education from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC.  I also got my Masters Degree from UW Stout in Education with an emphasis in Educational Technology.  

In addition to teaching Spanish I'm the advisor for Student Council, Prom Committee, and Spanish Club..  I am also the varsity volleyball coach.         I love to help students find ways to get involved in our school and community!

I am married and have two daughters, one who attends UWL, and one who is in the USAF.  My husband is an Air Force Veteran and the owner of St. Croix Custom Furniture.  As a family we love to travel, play volleyball, read, garden, camp, and do just about any outdoor activities.  Our favorite week of the year is our annual mission trip to El Carmen, Mexico where we build a house for a family in need and put on a Vacation Bible School for the children that live nearby.  Helping others is what makes everything worthwhile!
