Our Policies

Payment of Lessons:

ALL LESSONS ARE PREPAID AND ARE NON REFUNDABLE, no exceptions. There are no refunds of lessons. Lessons are NOT based on a monthly payment rate but are purchased at 4 lessons in a tuition cycle. Upon your last paid 4th lesson, if you are continuing, payment for a new tuition cycle will be due on said 4th lesson. Lesson #1 of the new cycle will start the following week of the new paid tuition cycle. If payment is not made in advance to hold your time slot, it will be opened to be filled.

Lesson policy is applicable to all lesson specials, regardless of the number of lessons purchased.

Group classes are taught as a group only. There are no excused cancellations or make-up classes for any classes missed by individual students. No exceptions.

All Students are expected to practice during the week to prepare for the next weeks class session.

Customers receive ONE EXCUSED CANCELLATION PER TUITION CYCLE WITH 24 HOUR NOTICE ONLY. No exceptions. Additional cancellations in the same calendar month will result in forfeiture of missed paid lesson. Customers receive 2 WEEKS EXCUSED CANCELLATIONS FOR VACATION WITH ONE WEEK’S NOTICE. No exceptions. Customers are required to have remaining tuition paid, which will be saved upon their return to hold their time slots. All Vacations must have a confirmed return date. Upon rare cancellation by instructors, customers will receive notice directly from either Paula Ramirez or Glenn Hendricks, and you will not be charged for that missed class. Instructors opt for the choice of a rescheduled class, or just pushing the excused class forward to the next week depending on scheduling conveniences for customer and Hendricks Music.
