Welcome to Umaxer. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Umaxer mobile application (the "App") operated by Umaxer ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 13 years old.
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Umaxer is an AI-powered lookmaxxing and facial analysis application that analyzes user-submitted photographs to provide appearance-related insights, scores, improvement suggestions, and personalized roadmaps.
The App may provide:
Facial structure analysis
Attractiveness and symmetry scoring
Appearance improvement recommendations
Grooming, fitness, skincare, and lifestyle suggestions
Personalized improvement roadmaps
Progress tracking and comparison tools
The ratings, scores, analyses, recommendations, and reports generated by the App are for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only.
Umaxer does not provide:
Medical advice
Dermatological advice
Dental or orthodontic advice
Mental health advice
Professional healthcare services
Any decisions or actions you take based on information provided by the App are solely your responsibility. You should consult qualified professionals before making significant health, cosmetic, dietary, fitness, or medical decisions.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
You further agree that:
You will only upload photographs that you own or are authorized to use.
You will not upload images of another person without their explicit permission.
You will not upload unlawful, offensive, abusive, misleading, sexually explicit, or harmful content.
You will not attempt to interfere with the App's operation, security, or infrastructure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The free version of the App may provide limited access to facial analysis features and recommendations.
The Pro subscription may unlock additional features, including but not limited to:
Detailed facial reports
Full AI-generated roadmaps
Advanced recommendations
Progress tracking
Before-and-after comparisons
Premium analysis tools
Subscriptions are processed through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
Charges will be billed through your selected app marketplace.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
You are responsible for managing your subscription through your marketplace account settings.
Refund requests are subject to the policies of Google Play or Apple App Store.
The App, including its software, source code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, content, features, and functionality, is owned by Umaxer and is protected by copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other applicable laws.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
Remove copyright or proprietary notices.
Use our intellectual property without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of photos and content you upload to the App.
By uploading content, you grant Umaxer a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, store, and use such content solely for providing and improving App services.
You represent and warrant that:
You own or have rights to the uploaded content.
The content does not violate any third-party rights.
The content complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umaxer, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:
Your use of or inability to use the App.
Reliance on AI-generated scores, ratings, recommendations, or reports.
Loss of data, profits, business opportunities, or goodwill.
Unauthorized access to your account or information.
Errors, inaccuracies, interruptions, or service outages.
Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
AI-generated results will be accurate or reliable.
Recommendations will achieve any specific outcome.
Defects or errors will always be corrected.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that may harm the App, its users, or our business.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through the appropriate courts having jurisdiction over such matters.
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document and make the revised Terms available within the App.
Your continued use of the App after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
