We will be staying altogether at Foxton Bible Camp.

Bedding – sleeping bag or sheets/blankets/duvets, pillows and a pillowcase, plus hot water bottles if you get cold. Portacots for young ones. We'll let you know your cabin bed layout before the camp so you'll take the correct sheets.

First aid supplies for you and your family
Warm clothes (For kids: extra changes of clothes – just in case!)
Enclosed shoes for when doing kitchen duty
Rainy day gear (e.g. coat, umbrella and gumboots)

Bible, notebook and pen
Free time activities, for example: sports clothes, swim gear, board games, packs of cards, musical instruments for informal jam times, rugby balls, soccer balls, etc
Snacks for hungry kids (and adults!) NB: If your children require separate snacks other than those provided, please bring this along in a named container and give to your children’s leaders.

Do not bring alcohol or substances – these are not allowed on the property

There are a range of cabins for singles, couples and families.
We understand people may have motorhomes, tents and other accommodation types. We are working the logistics for this and are confident this will be an option in 2026. We'll communicate as soon as we know.
There are limited cabin options available, however we will do our best to accommodate you with your preference. Please be understanding if you do not get your preferred option.
If you have mobility requirements around accommodation please include this information when you register. We will endeavour to accommodate everyone appropriately.

Queen Bed Room (Adults Only) - we would like to reserve these for our seasoned souls.
We will have a team from church catering all of our main meals.
They can cater for Vegan/Vegetarian/Gluten Free/Dairy Free. Any other dietary requirements will need to be self managed or be self catered.
If you have any kind of severe food ALLERGY (ie Celiac disease or Anaphylaxis), please include this information when you register.
Accommodation and food is covered in the cost.
Full details around costs will be communicated early 2026.
We understand that the registration cost for a weekend away can be out of reach for some, we don't want finance to be a barrier for anyone to attend camp.

Yes, please bring your children and grandchildren.
Foxton Bible Camp is an excellent location for kids, safe, lots of space to run around with a playground, trampolines etc.
We will host a children's ministry program while the adults are in their sessions. There will be an optional activity on the Saturday afternoon during free time.
Most of Foxton Bible Camp is accessible on wheels, and they have a number of accessible bathrooms. However, please include any information about mobility restrictions when you register so we can accommodate you appropriately.
