Hello! My name is William but everyone calls me Billy. I am honored to begin my teaching career in Thailand at Dara Academy.

I am originally from the state of Rhode Island, located in the northeast of the United States. I have also lived in Colorado, Arizona, and my most recent home was Alaska. I earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Bryant University and a Graduate certificate in Conservation from Colorado State University. My background has varied between nonprofit management, tourism, and environmental education. I have always enjoyed educating, whether out in the field or in a classroom.

My hobbies include traveling, photography, hiking, and spending time in nature. I am happy to call Chiang Mai my new home and I look forward to exploring more of this wonderful city and beyond. I am grateful for the opportunity to teach at Dara Academy and excited for a great year with the students.
