Weathers Strategy Group was founded on a simple belief: great work happens when you get the right people together.

After years in corporate leadership, I had the opportunity to work alongside extraordinary colleagues, clients, and partners. We accomplished meaningful work, solved complex problems, and built strategies that moved organizations forward. Those experiences shaped how I think about business, leadership, and impact.

They also planted the seed for something different.

I wanted the freedom to work with people I believed in. To partner with multiple organizations doing important work. To collaborate with smart, ethical professionals who care about getting it right. I wanted to build a firm where strategy is thoughtful, communication is clear, and relationships matter.

And I wanted the flexibility to design a life that works during this phase.

Entrepreneurship is not about working less. If anything, I work more than ever. But it allows me to decide when to be fully on and when to step away for familial moments that matter. It means I can pursue ambitious work while still picking up my kids from school. It means building a business that values both excellence and real life.

From the beginning, Weathers Strategy Group grew through trust. Our first clients came through word of mouth from people I worked with throughout my entire corporate career. Those relationships remain at the heart of this firm today.
