We are launching a dedicated Commercial Operations Manager role in Atlanta to support our rapid B2B expansion. We need a leader to build the bridge between our Commercial Sales Agents (CSAs) and the daily Truck Team operations.
This is a brand-new role. You will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling a world-class commercial-only truck team—one that delivers consistent service, airtight job execution, and strong revenue performance across multiple business verticals. You won’t just be running routes; you will be creating the standard for how Southwind services its largest, most complex business clients.
