Karolina works as an Event Coordinator in her day-to-day life. She is a long-standing volunteer at PLUGin, with over 4 years of experience, and currently focusing on PM support and passing her extensive knowledge of PLUGin and our projects to other projects and teams. In her spare time, she enjoys visiting all sorts of museums. She is actively supporting causes related to gender equality, social inclusion and stopping climate change, amongst others.
SEBASTIAN TYRAKOWSKI
Deputy Director at Emigration Museum in Gdynia, Poland
Sebastian is a senior manager in the public and culture sector with 20 years of experience. He specialises in public administration, institutional leadership, delivery of cultural investment projects, international projects and networks.
He is co-creator and Deputy Director of Emigration Museum in Gdynia as well as an author and lecturer on culture and management. He advises cultural institutions on strategies, development and delivery of large-scale cultural investment projects, i.e. new museums, permanent exhibitions.
KINGA ALINA LANGOWSKA

Kinga is a member of Emigration Museum in Gdynia's research committee looking into the problem migration of women and highly educated Polish citizens, migrant stereotypes and young Polish generation's migrant plans. Among many of her achievements, she was also an intern for LVR-Archäologischer Park Xanten / LVR-RömerMuseum in Germany as part of the EVS for historical awareness and cultural comparison project and took part in archaeological missions in Myanmar and Thailand organised by Centre national de la recherche scientifique.

Kamil is an entrepreneur, co-founder at Airflo, a startup aiming to revolutionise the air cleansing market with Vertical Gardens. One of the Laureates of Tech Seed’s For the Future programme and a global finalist of Tech4Good competition. One of his great loves is technology and its possibilities, along with people building them. As a strong team player, this year, he manages Warsaw Meetup along with Partnerships and Sales at the PTD while being a PMO at the PLUGin Foundation, working directly with all the projects.

Co-Founder & CPO at Skyworker
Oleksandra is a Ukrainian entrepreneur, building a startup for hiring remote tech talent in Eastern Europe - Skyworker. Being the first and yet the only Product Manager on the team, she manages the whole logic and UX of the marketplace with 30000 candidates and 800 companies onboard acquired in just one year after launch. Now, despite the war and the fact that most of the team is in Ukraine, Skyworker both grows in new markets and helps Ukrainian engineers find a job remotely.

Maciej is a co-founder of Ukraine Tech Collective that helps Ukrainian software developers impacted by the ongoing war. He is also a founding partner at Seed9, an angel syndicate focused on investing in tech startups in Africa and Latin America. Maciej has 12 years of sales and product experience from Google, spanning major markets in EMEA and the Americas. He is a graduate of McGill University in Montreal, Canada.

Head of Polish Tech Day at PLUGin Foundation
In the past, Kuba worked in Brussels and Warsaw, where he connected policymakers and business leaders. He has lived in the UK for over 12 years and earned a Master of Science in Economics from Cardiff University (International Relations and European Governance). Kuba now works for a London-based investment magazine (Investment and Pensions Europe), where he is responsible for events design and delivery. With over six years of experience in delivering engaging international events and conferences that aim to connect business, government, policy and NGO change-makers to make them work together, Polish Tech Day is the perfect place for him. For Kuba, it is a place to share stories of those who have lived or are living abroad and, despite going through multiple challenges, learned how to grow and thrive. This is his motivation as the Head of the event - to share these stories with the whole world, as they are inspirational and relatable at the same time.
MAGDALENA PRZELASKOWSKA

Magdalena is a passionate marketing expert with additional economics background from renowned London Universities. Worked at OMD International in London where she successfully coordinated pan-European offline and online branding campaigns for Sony CE before joining Google. Started at Google EMEA HQ in 2011.
In 2013 worked in Google Peru where she conducted an analysis on the potential of South American markets as a new export direction for European companies. Since 2014 specialising in the development of the business in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia by focusing on scaling businesses.
Joined Google for Startups Campus in Warsaw as CEE Program Manager in October 2015 to build and create programs that will educate and inspire startups to grow and go global.
Since 2019 Magda has been running European Google for Startup Accelerators and in 2022 leads a $5M Ukrainian Support Fund.

Marcin currently works in a leading global architectural practice in London, and has provided expertise in complex geometry, digital fabrication, distributed computing and machine learning for many high-profile projects all over the world. He is a published author of several research papers as well as a tutor and lecturer at The Bartlett in London. An active member of the PLUGin community, fully embracing its core values of openness, collaboration, inclusivity, and self-development.
ADRIAN KRĘŻLIK
Architect, PhD Researcher at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto, Co-Founder of Dosta Tec
Adrian is a Co-Founder of Dosta Tec. He also studies and applies a regenerative framework to architecture. Adrian graduated from the Technical University of Łódź, worked for Zaha Hadid Architects in London, and later for Fernando Romero and Rojkind Arquitectos in Mexico City. He has run over 150 workshops and lectured in Berlin, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Barcelona, Lisbon, Cairo and Warsaw to list some. He is a Senior Lecturer at SWPS University in Warsaw and was a Visiting Assistant Professor at Weißensee Kunsthochschule in Berlin.

KASIA LECHKA
CEO at PLUGin Foundation
Kasia is a startupper and innovation consultant. She was the first Product Manager to startups in EdTech, GreenTech, productivity tools and social projects. What she brings to the table: business model & strategy experience, managerial and organisational skills, natural product intuition, great people skills, public speaking as her second nature. Thanks to her perseverance, NASA-level problem solving, and good vibes, she co-created Gester, a polluted soil management startup that gained support of the French Environment and Sustainable Development Agency. With Gester she also joined the Startup Leadership Program in the 2019-2020 batch. She is currently looking for an early-stage startup to join as a co-founder or early employee.
Living abroad but cherishing her Polish roots, she started PLUGin’s activity in Paris and was elected PLUGin’s CEO last year. In this new role, she hopes to leverage PLUGin as an effective partner of Polish startups in their international development.

Berta is a Senior Analytics Consultant at Curve Analytics, where she gets to do what makes her happy - that is, all things data. Her love started with a Master’s degree in Analytics at Lancaster University to then grow even stronger while working in Data Science and Analytics (mixed with Consulting) in London. She's recently moved back to Kraków, her home town, which has also let her get even more involved in her favourite activity - sailing. While at the PLUGin Foundation, she’s helping more widely with Data & Analytics and Marketing.

Andreu is a CEO & Founder of improfit.ai. Through computer vision and AI improfit.ai can evaluate and quantify physical exercises for fitness and rehabilitation purposes (using musculoskeletal analysis). Andreu has worked as an Industrial Engineer for UPC in Barcelona and completed MBA at ESADE Business School. He is also a Business Angel investor and a Co-Founder of the vehicle ocean.

Paweł is a CEO & Co-Founder of ReSpo.Vision, a deeptech sportstech startup reinventing the sports data. While at ReSpo.Vision, Paweł oversaw building of a fully scalable 3D player data acquisition engine for football and is currently expanding it to other major sports. He is a senior tech executive who previously held the position of Chief Revenue Officer & Board Member of leading European AI pure-play boutique: deepsense.ai. Before that Paweł gained business experience in The Boston Consulting Group where he had worked for 7 years.

Adam is an expert in IT with 10 years on the market. He delivered IT projects in 20 countries including places such as Nigeria or Guatemala and created one of the most popular websites about python and analytics in Poland - Analityk.edu.pl. Currently focused on AI in Computer Vision. All his life in love with sports, throughout his life has trained almost everything from table tennis, through horse riding, windsurfing and football to hung gar kuen kung fu.
