PACAN is leading a bold, community-driven effort to transition Port Arthur from a legacy of fossil fuel pollution to a future rooted in clean energy, economic justice, and environmental health. Our campaigns combine frontline resistance with visionary alternatives, ensuring our communities are no longer sacrifice zones but centers of resilience and renewal. PACAN’s Green Zone Vision is comprised of three separate campaigns, each with multiple projects to address community needs from multiple aspects.
