Purpose
Friends of Crossley Street School (PTA) is a group of volunteer parents and teachers who work together to make the school a better environment for children to learn. We raise extra funds through a wide range of fun and creative initiatives and events throughout each academic year.

Last year (2024-25), thanks to you—students, teachers, and parents we raised a whopping £9,500
We could not have done this without your support.
This year (2025-26), we want to smash that target and invest more money for the students of Crossley Street School.
School projects we funded (2024-25)
Toilets
Students asked what they'd like to improve around the school, and upgrading the toilets came out on top—it was a big deal for them. Thanks to your fundraising we are getting started with this project.
Playground Markings
We're also investing in the playground's revamp by redoing the markings. These were completed in Easter 2025, and the students are loving them. Thanks Luigi!
Desks and Chairs for Years 4,5 and 6
On request of the students, we funded new, higher chairs and tables for KS2.
Can you help us?
Volunteer
Giving your time helps us to raise more funds and make things happen. We cannot do this without you. You could help us set things up and pack down, man a stall, hand out hotdogs, flip burgers, tidy up, fill goody bags and a whole lot more!
