MATH IN GRADE 3
We will be spiralling the math curriculum. Each strand of the Ontario math curriculum will be covered each week. In doing this, we are able to revisit concepts multiple times throughout the year, allowing students to build on previous knowledge and better retain what they've learned.
Students will have a mini math quiz on Fridays that covers the concepts that we have covered that week.
On Thursdays, students will bring home their spiral math mat with the concepts covered that week to review for their quiz.

HOW TO HELP YOUR CHILD SUCCEED IN MATH
Review their spiral mat with them on Thursday evenings before our Friday weekly quiz.
