I help people navigate life transitions, discover a deeper understanding of themselves, and find clarity around their values, goals, and passions. Because often, the very things we work on—like self-worth, relationships, boundaries, or unresolved traumatic experiences—are what lie beneath the anxiety or depression we see on the surface.
My approach is collaborative—I hold the map, but you’re in the driver’s seat. Together, we’ll explore what’s most important to you and find a path forward.
I use practical tools with an existential perspective, incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you live a life that feels more manageable, fulfilling, and true to yourself.
Whether you’re feeling "off" and can’t quite put your finger on why, sense there’s something getting in your way, or know anxiety is part of the picture, we’ll work together and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
If you’re interested in working together, please fill out the new client request form below. Or you can send me an email
