I am a nationally certified associate licensed therapist who was born and raised in Georgia. I graduated from Georgia State University with a Masters in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling in 2021. I am ecstatic for the opportunity to work with Back on Track's amazing team!
I have worked with clients of all ages, and have experience with clients that have disabilities. I also have experience with individual, group, and family therapy.
I enjoy the therapeutic techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-focused-Brief therapy, aspects of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and play therapy, and Reality therapy. I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, and conduct disorders.
I dedicate myself to establishing a meaningful and helpful therapeutic relationship. I offer a welcoming nonjudgmental space to truly explore and express oneself. I also offer to help clients with their individual goals or to help find and establish new goals, even if it is something to figure out along the way. I bring patience and understanding in all areas of therapy, and hope to help client reach their dreams.
Jarvis’s professional growth is guided by the experienced supervision of Ruby Flowers-Aime, MS, LPC, NCC, and CPCS, ensuring her clients’ highest quality of care.
