Specific Services

Group Therapy

One service that Brittnie is working to bring to Back on Track is therapy groups. Group therapy is a great way to "dip your toes" into therapy. We are planning a wide variety of groups from art therapy, coping skills, DBT, and much more! Please let us know if you would like more information about our upcoming groups.
