Hello and welcome to Health and Physical Education!

Hello and welcome to our class website!  I am so excited for the opportunity to learn and move with all of you this year. We have many exciting and challenging opportunities before us. I teach the following classes:  Individual Wellness, 9th grade Health, and Team Sports.  We will engage in activities that will strengthen your physical, mental, emotional, and social health.  Here's to a HEALTHY year!
