Arm Stretches (After Dynamic Warm-up and Jog)
Single arm stretch- crossbody and over head
Arm Circles→ small to big as many as your arm tells you
Over under swing → hands flat and swinging arms across body→ turning as you go (as many as your arm tells you)
Internal & External Flaps (Hands in field goal position)→ High and low
Interlock Fingers→ push and pull and swim with elbows
Reverse Flys
