Arm Stretches (After Dynamic Warm-up and Jog)


  1. Single arm stretch- crossbody and over head

  2. Arm Circles→ small to big as many as your arm tells you

  3. Over under swing → hands flat and swinging arms across body→ turning as you go (as many as your arm tells you)

  4. Internal & External Flaps (Hands in field goal position)→ High and low

  5. Interlock Fingers→ push and pull and swim with elbows

  6. Reverse Flys
