We are thrilled to include you and your child in our Hemlock Creek Elementary family. Our dedicated staff is committed to providing an inclusive environment that fosters safety, academic excellence, social growth, and a love for learning. Click to view the District Boundaries Map to learn which elementary school your residence lies within. At this time, the School District of West De Pere does not accept open enrollment.

The steps for registration are outlined below.

How to Enroll

All steps must be completed in their entirety to reserve each child’s seat for the academic year.

Step 1

Complete the three pre-registration forms (pre-registration form, birth certificate verification form, and census form) located in the checklist by clicking on the linked forms and entering the requested information. Save the completed forms as .PDFs.

Step 2

Attach and send the completed forms (that are saved as .PDFs) to the Hemlock Creek office at hcoffice@wdpsd.com OR bring the completed forms with you to in-person registration.

Step 3

After successful submission of the registration form, the parent/guardian will need to provide the following documents:

Child’s Birth Certificate
Child’s Immunization Records/signed waiver
Proof of Residence (lease agreement or mortgage statement)

Step 4

Once you receive a confirmation email, you may come to Hemlock Creek anytime we are open; 7:30-4:00PM Monday through Thursday, and 7:30-3:30PM on Fridays to complete the in-person registration.

Step 5

In June/July, you will receive an email with instructions to complete the registration process online via PowerSchool. You will either use your existing PowerSchool account or one will be created for you.

Registration Dates

You may register anytime in the Hemlock Creek office. We are open 7:30-4:00PM Monday through Thursday, and 7:30-3:30PM on Fridays.

Can't Access the Forms?

If you are not able to access and complete the forms online you may stop in the office when we are open, 7:30-4:00PM, Monday through Thursday, and 7:30-3:30PM on Fridays.
