Hello and welcome to 2nd Grade!

My name is Emily Ellenbecker and I have been teaching at Hemlock Creek since 2024. I grew up in Cascade, WI and attended UW-Green Bay, where I received my Elementary Education degree with a minor in Spanish & Latin American Studies in 2021. I spent three years teaching grades K-2 in Green Bay before moving to the West De Pere District. I love creating a strong classroom community where students feel safe to take risks and try new things to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

In my free time, I love reading, hiking, yoga, Zumba, and cross-stitching.

I am grateful for the opportunity to teach the future of our community, and I look forward to working with you this year!
