We are thrilled to include you and your child in our Westwood Elementary Phantom family. Our dedicated staff is committed to providing an inclusive environment that fosters safety, academic excellence, social growth, and a love for learning. Click to view the District Boundaries Map to learn which elementary school your residence lies within. At this time, the School District of West De Pere does not accept open enrollment.

The steps for registration are outlined below.

How to Enroll

All steps must be completed in their entirety to reserve each child’s seat for the 2025-26 academic year.

Step 1

Verify that you are registering at the correct school, based on your address.

Step 2

Click here to complete Westwood's Pre-Registration forms for the 2025-26 school year.

Step 3

After successfully submitting the pre-registration forms, you will receive a confirmation email with information regarding in-person registration. You must bring the following items to the appointment:

Your child’s original birth certificate
A paper copy of your child's immunization record
A paper copy of proof of Residence (lease agreement or mortgage statement)

Step 4

After your in-person registration appointment, you will receive an email with instructions to complete the registration process online via PowerSchool. You will either use your existing PowerSchool account, or one will be created for you.
