We are thrilled to include you and your child in our Phantom family. Our dedicated staff is committed to providing an inclusive environment that fosters safety, academic excellence, social growth, and a love for learning. All district 4-year-old Kindergarten classrooms will be combined into one location, forming the West De Pere School District 4K Learning Center beginning the 2025-26 school year. The 4K Learning Center will be located at Westwood Elementary School.
At this time, the School District of West De Pere does not accept open enrollment.
The steps for registration are outlined below.
How to Enroll
All steps must be completed in their entirety to enroll for the 2025-26 academic year.
Step 1
Verify that your address is within district boundaries and your child is eligible for four-year-old Kindergarten. Your child must turn four by September 1, 2025, to attend 4K.
Step 2
Click here to complete WDP's 4K Pre-Registration forms for the 2025-26 school year
Step 3
After successfully submitting the pre-registration forms, you will receive a confirmation email with information regarding in-person registration. You must bring the following items to the appointment:
Your child’s original birth certificate
A paper copy of your child's immunization record
A paper copy of proof of Residence (lease agreement or mortgage statement)
Step 4
In June, you will receive an email with instructions to complete the registration process online via PowerSchool. You will either use your existing PowerSchool account or one will be created for you.
