We are thrilled to include you and your child in our Westwood Elementary Phantom family. Our dedicated staff is committed to providing an inclusive environment that fosters safety, academic excellence, social growth, and a love for learning. Click to view the District Boundaries Map to learn which elementary school your residence lies within. At this time, the School District of West De Pere does not accept open enrollment. 

The steps for registration are outlined below.

How to Enroll

All steps must be completed in their entirety to reserve each child’s seat for the 2023-24 academic year. 

Step 1

Complete the three pre-registration forms (pre-registration form, birth certificate verification form, and census form) located in the checklist by clicking on the linked forms and entering the requested information.  Save the completed forms as .PDFs. 

Step 2

Attach and send the three completed forms (that are saved as .PDFs) to the Westwood office at westwood@wdpsd.com.

Step 3

After the successful submission of the pre-registration forms, you will receive a confirmation email to schedule and a link to schedule an in-person appointment.  You must bring the following items to the appointment:

In June/July, you will receive an email with instructions to complete the registration process online via PowerSchool.  You will either use your existing PowerSchool account or one will be created for you.
