Batman Inside is a Batman parody/satire comic featuring a more unhinged and mental version of Batman who just doesn't give a fuck about anything. He kills his villains and random criminals without a second thought, and commits war crimes daily. His signature line is "Rattle the cages", which is featured almost exclusively on the backs of comics as it's own segment where Batman just says he wonders about things like where the fuck Harley Quinn went. He also makes jokes about doing Bane's mother. There are two random bystanders that just hang around sometimes and cheer on Batman, they're just some random ass teenagers, but they're also funny as shit. They're known as the "hooligans" or the "weed kids" by Batman, but their canonical names are Ted and Dess.
