On-air hosts for music programs

We currently need the following:

JAZZ FACTORY - ROTATING PROGRAM HOST

  • Serve as a rotating weekly host for WDIY's Jazz Factory

  • Jazz Factory is one of WDIY's weekly jazz music programs, airing Thursdays, 9 - 11 pm

    FRIDAY NIGHT LATE NIGHT     - ROTATING PROGRAM HOST

  • Serve as a rotating weekly host for WDIY's Friday Night Late Night

  • Friday Night Late Night is WDIY's weekly late night indie rock/alternative music program, airing Fridays, 11 pm - 1 am

    THE BLEND     - SUBSTITUTE PROGRAM HOST

  • Serve as a substitute/temporary host for WDIY's The Blend on an as-needed basis

  • The Blend is WDIY's afternoon AAA music program, airing weekdays, 1 - 4 pm

Excellent way to keep your skills current, or improve them, without making a weekly commitment.

WDIY provides training and mentoring.

Responsibilities include:

  • Using personal music collection or station music library to put together a music show following program guidelines

  • Filling in for program hosts during vacations and unplanned absences

  • Coordinating schedule with other program hosts
