Course Content:
Katherine will explain the overflow method, and how to use a pressure canner as a waterbather and steam canner. Course participants will take home 5 jars:
Meal in a jar, includes meat. Sweet and sour chicken. Make in a pressure canner
Cake in a jar
Relish - using vegetables like silverbeet or cabbage
Sauces - made with seasonal fruit or vegetables
A jar - surprise content
