Course Content:

Nadia will demonstrate making the dough. Participants make dough, place in fridge, then take home either dough or Tagliatelle (depends on time and how many pasta machines). Tagliatelle: Demonstrate how to use the pasta machine; participants make Tagliatelle. Demonstrate Lasagne sheet, Paglia & Fieno and Rainbow Tagliatelle (Beetroot, Cacao, Spinach, Sage leaf). Spaghetti: Demonstrate on pasta machine. Ravioli; Demonstrate Pumpkin ravioli. Cook Tagliatelle and serve with Pesto. Participants eat a good serving. Cook Ravioli. Serve with Butter, sage and parmesan sauce. Participants sample. Course members to bring apron, tea towels, bowl, pen, and a Pasta Machine if you have one
