Course Content:

Tuesday 21 May: Night 1: " Make Your Own Pizza from Scratch"


Course participants will make their own dough, and take it home.


Nadia will demonstrate how to cook it in your own oven, and make three pizzas:

Margherita, Potato and Rosemary, and  Quattro Formaggi (4 cheeses)


Bring apron, and container for your dough.


Tuesday 28 May: Night 2: Italian Winter Warmers - Tuscan Soup, Pumpkin Rissotto, Rissotto al Salto.


Nadia will demonstrate - and samples are available for course members to eat.
