Practice your rhythm reading by follow along with the video! The first time just SAY the rhythm. The Second time CLAP the pattern while you say it.
This is especially fun to do if you have an instrument to play the rhythm on! Don't have one at home? Go see the "homemade musical instrument" post!
Remember- Ti-Ti has 2 sounds, Ta has 1 sound, and a rest has NO sound!
On a rest- do nothing, say nothing!

growing up. Take notes and be ready to share on this post.
Here are some sample questions to ask:
a. Did you have a favorite song as a kid?
b. Did you have a favorite singer/band growing up? Who was it? What was your
favorite song?
c. How did you listen to music when you were a kid?
d. Did you have music in school? Do you remember what kind of songs you sang?
Did you play games? Did you dance or play instruments?
