About Me
I am so excited to be starting my fourth year at Wichita Collegiate School. I grew up in Houston, Texas until sophomore year of high school when I transferred to a boarding school in St. Louis, Missouri. My high school helped develop my love for math and is where I met my future husband. I went to Elon University in North Carolina and earned my Bachelors of Science in Mathematics and Education. I received a Masters of Science in Mathematics from Wichita State in 2010.
I have taught for 13 years and at a variety of levels, everything from 8th grade math to college level Calculus. I came to Collegiate through many moves with the Air Force starting in South Carolina, New Jersey, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, back to Texas and now we have returned to Wichita and have made it our permanent home. My husband Brad is a pilot for Delta Airlines and we have two sons at Collegiate and a 15 month old daughter. I am excited to have the opportunity to share my love of math and learning with Collegiate students.
