Events

*Trip sign-ups begin on the first business day of the month unless otherwised stated. 

*You may only sign yourself and 1 other person up for a trip. Please be sure phone numbers are correct on the sign up sheet. We will call you 2-3 days prior to the trip to confirm. 

* You must be able to participate in all aspects of the trip independently or have someone with you to provide help (sign up is required for helpers and caregivers, when you sign up). 

*Please note any mobility devices you may be using on the trip (cane, walker, wheelchair, etc.). People with mobility aides or need a little extra help will board the bus first and will be asked to sit near the front. 

*WCSI Senior trip waivers need to be filled out and returned within three (3) business days. If we do not have your waiver on file you will not be able to go on the trip. 

*If you need to cancel, please notify WCSI as soon as possible. If you are a "No Show," on the day of the trip wyou will not be allowed to sign up for the next sernio trip. 

*Trips involving fees must be paid whe you sign up for that trip. If you need to cancel, your fee will be refunded ONLY if we can fill your spot. 

*We will announce the time you need to return to the bus for the trip back. It is important that you return on time. We have a schedule that we need to keep as do our bus drivers. 

* Please sit in the same seats when re-boarding the bus. 

*All participants on our trips must return on the bus with the group. You may not leave on your own.
