At Southeast High School, we believe that strong partnerships between students, parents, teachers, staff, and community members are essential to student success. As a stakeholder in our school community, there are many ways you can get involved and make a difference. Here are just a few of the opportunities available to you:
Attend school events: Our school hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including concerts, sporting events, community events and parent-teacher conferences. Attending these events is a great way to show your support for our school and connect with other stakeholders.
Volunteer: We welcome volunteers to help with school events, mentor students, and support our teachers and staff. If you have a special skill or interest, we would love to hear from you.
Join a school committee: Southeast High School has several committees that work on specific projects and initiatives, such as fundraising, community outreach, and campus beautification. Joining a committee is a great way to get involved and have a direct impact on our school.
Participate in parent-teacher conferences and Open House: Regular communication between parents and teachers is key to student success. We encourage all parents to attend parent-teacher conferences and to stay informed about their child's progress.
Support our students: There are many ways to support our students, including volunteering as a mentor or coach. You can also support our school by making a donation or by participating in fundraising events. Please contact the Administrative Secretary, Lori Johns if you would like to make a donation.
We are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive community where every stakeholder feels valued and engaged. We hope you will take advantage of these opportunities to get involved and make a difference for our students.
