If you are in need of any hygiene products and/or some small clothing items please consult the below list and contact me to arrange a time to pick them up or have them sent home with your student. Tazwood Community Services, Inc. has received funding to operate the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) for Tazewell and Woodford County residents offering services for the following programs:
*Emergency Rent Assistance payment, due to eviction or homelessness
*Water/Sewer Bill Assistance for persons with a disconnect notice
*Prescription Assistance Program
*Dental Assistance Program
*Optical Assistance Program
*Hearing Aid Assistance Program
*Car Repair Assistance for persons working or going to school full time
Persons must be at or below the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
Each program has separate guidelines, for further information on eligibility call the agency at 309-266-9941 or 309-694-4391 between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Tazwood just needs your family to call them to determine eligibility (their website has a chart for your info). $1000 towards prescriptions, $1000 toward dental care, etc., utility bill assistance, etc.
