May is Mental Health Awareness Month and every year the goal is to raise awareness about the importance of mental health, promote wellness, fight the stigma associated with mental illness, provide support, educate the public, and advocate for policies that support people with mental illness and their families.
Each week in the month of May, we will be providing our WCSD community with key messages, resources, and information regarding mental health and wellness.
Mental Health is essential to everyone’s overall health and well-being, and mental illnesses are common and treatable.
