All assignments are due the day they assigned, unless otherwise directed (projects).
Most assignments will be worth 20 points.
At the end of the marking period I (the software)
add up all the points that you earned
Divide it by the total points assigned
Multiply it by 100
BAM!
Generally speaking this method makes assignment grades carry more weight than tests. Everything "counts" the same.
All Assignments are on Google Classroom.
Each assignment is due the day it is assigned. (Rare exceptions for projects).
The Due Date feature in Google tells you the last possible day I am willing to accept the assignment late.
Once the deadline has passed, you will no longer be able to submit the assignment.
Please don't email me after the due date asking why you can't submit.
It is the policy of the Wappingers Central School District that students in grades 9-12 are allowed to carry smart devices during school hours and on school vehicles. However, during instructional times, students are prohibited from possessing smart devices on their person. Smart devices must be stored in a school bag or another location determined by the staff member in charge of that location. Any student who knowingly possesses a smart device on his/her person during an instructional period without permission, will be considered insubordinate and subject to the Student Code of Conduct.
