Dutchess County Resources
Through Dutchess County you can access many resources through one number, such as Mobile Crisis and the Stabilization Center. You can call or text the Helpline. There is also an app for smart phones available. There is help available 24/7 at (877) 485-9700 or by texting "DMH" to 741 741.

ASTOR Services for Children and Families
Dutchess County has a number of counseling centers available through ASTOR. They can provide various assessments, counseling services, and programs. Walk-in services are available from 9am-5pm in locations throughout Dutchess County.

- Astor’s outpatient clinics are currently open for children’s (0-21) mental health services. We will do individual and family therapy via video conferencing, FaceTime, Zoom, or even just a phone call. New clients are welcome! Call any office’s normal number to do an in-take over the phone.

CAPE
CAPE, The Council on Addiction, Prevention, and Education of Dutchess County, Inc. is a comprehensive resource for those who know someone who is struggling with addiciton, as well as those who are struggling themselves.
