Dear Students and Families,
We hope this letter finds you healthy and safe, and please know that your family’s overall health and well-being is top priority. Our goal is to give our students a positive and manageable learning experience, and not to overwhelm anyone.
Our first day of remote digital learning will be this Friday, April 3, 2020. We need to know that everyone has computer access and the ability to sign into Google classrooms. Please try to sign in to each classroom (Math, Reading, SS/Science, Writing, and Mrs. Vena’s classroom if you are one of her students) before Friday.
To ensure we have everyone learning while our school building is closed, we wanted to remind everyone of our daily expectations. For now, our digital classroom is our classroom (even though we would really prefer to be seeing you at school). So, to make this the best learning experience possible, remember:
- Assignments will be posted daily at 8:00 a.m., in our Google Classrooms, Monday through Friday
- Log on Monday through Friday and complete all the assignments posted
- Assignments can be done in any order (try to follow your school schedule)
- Assignments are due daily (if possible)
- Try to exercise, play/listen to music, and be artistic too, during your days, when you can
Please know that we are just asking you to do your best on the assignments, as we have always asked you to do. If you have any concerns or questions, we are always here to help you! Any announcements will come via the Remind App and you can email us anytime with questions. While we will respond to emails throughout the day, each 4th grade teacher will be available from 9:00a.m. to 10:00a.m. for quick responses, for questions that need immediate attention.
We love and miss you all very much, but we know you all will ROCK our new way of learning! We are ALWAYS proud of you!
Mrs. Seipp Mrs. Vena, Mrs. Carrigan, Mr. Renino, & Mr. LaSusa
