Grading Policy
Students are given grades based on their performance on classwork, quizzes, writing pieces, reading assessments and tests. These assignments and tests are given after they receive instruction and are able to practice the content. Some skills are also assessed informally through observation.

Report cards are sent home at the end of each quarter and use a 4, 3, 2, 1 grading system.

*Please note that the first quarter reports will be given out at parent-teacher conferences in November. The remaining quarterly reports will be sent home in your child's backpack. It is requested that report card envelopes are signed and returned upon receipt. Thank you!
