Mission and Purpose

Interact derives its name from the words “international” and “action.” Our organization is one that promotes active service in the local communities in partnership with Rotary International. Our members are enthusiastic students who provide service to others in schools, their community, and at times at the state and national levels. Their motto, "Service Above Self" really helps show the focus of their efforts to assist others in need.

Through their membership in the Interact Club, student members develop leadership skills and personal integrity. They are provided opportunities to demonstrate helpfulness and respect for others. Through their participation in events and fundraisers, the students gain an understanding of the value of individual responsibility and hard work.
