About Us

We have been teaching together for our whole career so far! We have taught fourth and fifth grade. After all this time together, we tend to finish each other's sentences. Lucky for us, we have opposite strengths so we work really well together. Mrs. Muñoz is the left brain and Mrs. Tarantino is the right brain. Yin and yang at its best!

Mrs. Muñoz

Hi! I was born in Queens, NY and moved up to Wappingers Falls when I was in first grade. I went through WCSD and graduated from Roy C. Ketcham High School. I went to The College of Saint Rose and then to Mercy College for graduate school. I have always wanted to be a teacher. Outside of school, I love to play games, listen to audiobooks, and spend time with my husband, our two beautiful children, and our toy poodle named Piper.

Mrs. Tarantino

Hello there! I grew up in Wappingers Falls and graduated from John Jay High School. I went to Cortland for college and then to Fordham for graduate school. While in college I studied abroad in Australia. I have an older brother and younger sister. I am married and my husband is funny, organized, and fantastic. I have the most beautiful sons named Matthew and Nicholas. The last member of my family is Brizzy, my energetic black lab.
